Fields

Archive = 3

B-LTA — signature with long-term validation material and an archive timestamp.

Basic = 0

B-B — basic signature with no trusted time or validation material.

LongTerm = 2

B-LT — signature with a timestamp and embedded long-term validation material.

Timestamped = 1

B-T — signature with an embedded signature timestamp.

Remarks

The levels are cumulative target outcomes: Timestamped (B-T) adds trusted signing time to Basic (B-B), LongTerm (B-LT) adds long-term validation material, and Archive (B-LTA) adds long-term availability and integrity protection for that material.
